Safety is part of the everyday file manager. These protections are included in Free and Pro.
Copy verification is enabled by default. Local and mounted-drive copies can be read back and checked against the source digest.
The transfer pipeline compares file hashes after copying. You can turn read-back verification off for copies in Settings. APFS clones use the filesystem’s integrity guarantee.
When a local move crosses volumes, the destination is checked before the source is released. Turning off copy verification does not turn off this move safeguard.
Resolve name conflicts with Replace, Keep Both, or Skip. An operation journal records in-progress work so interrupted operations can be examined on the next launch.
Recovery checks pending operations and cleans up incomplete temporary files. It is a recovery mechanism, not a promise that every interrupted operation automatically resumes.
No usage telemetry. Remote transfers connect your Mac to the storage you choose. Update and license checks have their own network requests.

Cloud-provider credentials live in the local rclone configuration. They are obscured, not encrypted, unless you enable a configuration password. Remote files you preview or open may be downloaded to a local cache. See the privacy policy for details.
A Rust engine, responsive file lists, and filesystem-aware transfers. Speed comes from the way the work is done.
Virtualized file lists and icon grids render the visible portion of a folder, keeping long listings manageable without drawing every row at once.
On supported APFS volumes, copy-on-write cloning can copy a file without immediately duplicating all its data. Other destinations use the streaming transfer path.
Configurable transfer concurrency keeps multiple files moving. The verification pipeline can check one file while the next is being copied.
